Yes I know that I don't see how the slot machine decides for me and I can't expect it at any time to be +EV, other than trusting eye blinded the casino. Otherwise go ahead and play the slots I don't care.

If it's the case, then yes there could be a + EV for a slot machine. But there is no way of knowing that. This is not true. You can get par sheets or track machines, look at coin in coin out meters, get inside information, Just assume they are the lowest possible @ 75%.
