Playing 7card stud last week I received the following hand A K Q J T 9 8 all spades. What are the odds of being dealt this hand?? Any suit??

The odds would be 1 in billions if you joined BEFORE 30 July 2014. Hahahaaaaaaaaaaa.

Pity you didn't get this at PaiGowPoker.

The return there is 8000/1. The probability is much less than that game indicates, as any 7 card SF will win, and you're working with 1 less card (no joker), so that skews this as well, but here's what WoO says for the PGP hand:

Natural seven-card straight flush pays 8,000 32 ways to get it 0.00000021 of the time (decimal). You would only have 4 ways of getting that hand, not 32, so that much rarer.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

Out of sheer curiosity, were there any sidebets or bonuses that paid off on that, or was it just the straight 125:1 (which actually feels kind of disgustingly low...)

I think he was referring to the poker game (played against other players), not the video poker game found in RTG online casinos.
