Mah Jong is a multi-billion-dollar a year industry. They probably sell those tables as fast as they can crank them out.

I doubt the market will be saturated below 10,000 new tables/day production rate.
That factory seems to also build repair parts for machines in the field.
I thought I saw magnets in the mechanism... are the tiles reactive to magnets?

Is it just me but watching the video it seems the tiles aren't shuffled that well? Although I guess its fairly random by the time you start picking your tiles. Still, if you could identify some particular line of tiles you wanted to go for, I have to wonder if its exploitable...

Yes, you have to use special tiles for these tables. They are magnetic on one side so the table can figure out which side is which and sort them all the same direction.
