I recently posted a thread about Casino "Mystery Reward Points Multipliers" in which, the casino advertises up to 100x reward multiplier, which would make almost all games +EV.

Today's question is regarding converting reward points to money as efficiently as possible. Specifically, total rewards points (Caesar's)

Caesar's says their points are worth $1 per 1000 points. But that's not really the case most the time - it's only the case for room and hotels for the most part. Converting to free slot play will lose half of its value ($0.5/1000 points).

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to get the highest amount of cash or cash equivalent, or at least something of value, from the reward points? I heard Diamonds and seven stars used to have a more favorable exchange rate of reward points to slot play, but recently got revoked.

For context, the video poker over here have pretty good pay tables. I don't need 100x multiplier to be profitable. Even 10x will be slightly above break even (and free tier points). However, it's only slightly above break even if the reward points are worth $1/1000. If they're worth $0.5/1000, I'm still losing money even with a 10x multiplier.
