The I knew would come at last has come at last. There are now side bets on slot machine. I'm not taking about super-sizing your bet to invoke some kind of feature, but a side bet that is completely independent of what happens on the reels. In this case it was based on the roll of six dice on a machine called Tattoo.
Rather than write down all the details twice, please see my new page on Side Action Dice.
As always, I welcome all questions, comments, and corrections.
The question for the forum is would you make the Side Action Dice side bet?

Considering the base game is likely worse, sure!
I partially did the math in November because I made a bet with my buddy on the return on the game. I won. I guessed either 91% or 92%, he guessed lower. But he did well on the side bet as he rolled a 5 of a kind!

This is old news. I played this 6 years ago in Arkansas.
Won $250 on it I believe!
The problem was I liked the dice part more than the slot part.

It's a blurry image but is this machine using poker dice? Also, what is the red die for?
Have you tried 22 tonight? I said 22.

I was thinking the same thing. IE, why is this a side bet rather than an independent game? Seems like Yatzee would be a good name.Quote: FinsRule... The problem was I liked the dice part more than the slot part.
But the edge is too high for me. Pass.
And thanks for the Poker For Roulette mention. :)
I invented a few casino games. Info:

Don't hesitate to tell me about new games or side bets you see that aren't on the site. It is nice to have eyeballs all over the place.

That's unrelated. That's a Super Times Pay Poker hand. I just took a quick screenshot of my phone of me verifying the poker dice math back in November (the picture of the spreadsheet). Apparently some of us noticed the game a bit earlier than the Wizard did.

No no, go ahead. It would have been funny, I bet.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
