Michigan Lottery's "PokerLotto" house edge

Curious to know the house edge on this lottery game. To play, all you do is make a $2 bet and the machine prints out a five card hand. To win instantly, you need to have a pair of jacks of better. Then at 7:30pm ET, five cards are drawn and again you can win by matching at least two cards in any order. Here is the complete paytable:

I'm guessing yes. You don't pick them. Probably dealt just like a VP hand. I'm sure it's got to be close to a 50% HE. A friend of mine loves these silly games.
