As mentioned briefly, played Sic Bo for the first time on a "Rapid" machine in Phnom Penh, NagaWorld Resort.

The lay out is on the machine, but they have a camera on the three dice dome, the dice are tossed three times, the results hidden by a cover, you have 45seconds to place your wagers. It takes about 15 seconds to enter the results and have same confirmed. Comfortable setting, live music, free drinks, wide chairs, choice of three games, Sic Bo, Roulette(single zero), and Baccarat(also a live deal/game).

Overall, just found it interesting as craps not available in Cambodia.(Phnom Penh or border casino's). I played any seven by placing each combo(6-1. 5-2, and...4-3). If I fell behind, I'd play big or small. In addition, if a streak of dice without a particular number ran, I'd play that number expecting it to hit at some point(not correct theory I know).

Anyone else had any luck at Sic Bo, and/or found it to be an entertaining way to spend an afternoon? Stupid question I know but I'm very curious. The game at the border casino didn't compare to the Rapid deal in Phnom Penh.

Thank you.

Robert Mitchum played Sic Bo in the 1952 movie, Macao. That is about as much as I know about it other than Big or Small are the only fairly low house edge bets to make.
