I apologize I thought it was attached to the budget and that just passed- i was unaware it was separate legislation.

Was in fact passed by both and gov wolf now has ten days to sign into law

I have read that this legislation has already passed the house of representative. It is now the senate to pass this legislation before the governor signed it. It will take some time for it to pass since it would have a hard time on the senate level.
