I went to LCB looking for a US casino I haven't tried before and see if there are any +EV opportunities. SOV seemed to be new to me and they have a generous free bonus, so i picked that one. I figured me and my GF could but it on the television and play some slot bonus or whatever.

I Downloaded the casino and then clicked new player. It opened up IE and took me to the personal information page. I started filling out the forms (I seriously hate doing that for some reason, it's like doing homework or something)

I finished the first one or two pages hitting next along the way. I finally come to make a username and password page. It said my username was available, I then made my password. I can't click the next button I tried everything. I even went back to the previous page and forward again. it just doesn't do anything its like im clicking a grey box or something, however it's not greyed out. I can inspect the element.

I opened live chat and explained the problem. No one answered, after about 20 min I called them to explain and see if perhaps it did create an account without me noticing. They said i hadn't created and account. He said it should be working just fine. I asked him if it was possibly a browser problem. He said that's possible and I should try google chrome. I have my computer set to always use google chrome, however when I click new user from the casino software it always takes me to IE. I could just past the link in chrome or check my settings, however at this point i just said FK it because I dont want to fill out everything again.

There's no big loss on me and i'll probably try again at some point. However, it may be a deterrent to someone else, especially if no one is answering the live chat. At least they had phone support i guess.

Heck, if their software is so bad for creating an account, I'd be worried about how good their software was for teh actual gambling. If you don't hire a competent programmer to sign people up; you probably don;t hire a competent programmer for anything else either.

I would think if no one answered live chat, that would be a fair warning that this might not be a good casino to play.

just saw your post. Please have in mind that we have a warning about this casino for slow payments. If it happens you win off of a bonus you will most likely have to wait for several weeks to get paid. Granted they do pay eventually if you don't mind to wait that long.

I would also carefully read their bonus T&C's., they are known to deny the cash-out if the slightest of terms were breached.

Plus the overall LCB user rating for this casinos is only 1.3 out of 5 ( based on almost 300 votes ) .

Who has the best(largest with reasonable WR's) free bonus that actually have a good reputation. Want something to do at the airport.

I don't mind depositing after playing the free bonus if they have something good.

I don't want to give that much info. I deposited X thousand dollars with a casino advertised here. I took a bonus of X thousand, bet fairly big, and ran up to a balance of XX thousand. I have received less than half of my balance in payouts so far. That was eight months ago. No payments for last three months.

8 month's? Surely you contacted Mike or Z about the issue? If so, why haven't we been apprised of this situation. What prompted you to say something now? My only guess is the casino was on the list he just posted?

If so, I think one of my partners is having a problem with one of them casinos listed above as well.

Assuming it's the same casino. Had you or he posted about the situation, that may have saved the other person from the headache.

It's not one of those casinos he listed. To be honest, they paid just enough in a slow drip to keep me satiated. A thousand or two every six weeks or so. Then they just dried up. Now that I think about it, six months is an insane amount of time to wait for a cash out.

Now that they've stopped, I'm a little perturbed. But it's also been so long I'm kind of "meh."

Exactly, I let Kool kat get away with screwing me for a large amount and I wish I wouldn't have. Teddys let the principle of it make you pressure them.

I actually think I have an account at all them places. That's why I was considering SLOTS OF VEGAS. SOV was 6th or 7th on the free bonus list I didn't actually look to see the rating. Living in the US and having had an account at most places my options are limited )-:

IIRC High noon has been around forever(or some other western themed casino with a similar name)I actually think they messed up years ago and had something called nugget VP with a crazy good paytable where you got 100+ coins on a full house. it was 103% to 105%. I was traveling back to good old Vegas. Turns everything went smoothly and we had perfect timing so no airport downtime. Unfortunately no in air WiFi(WHY isn't this standard nowadays ?) so I had to deal with boredom.

Must be your computer has a virus. Try to clean your computer with a anti virus software. Most if not all casino's games are fully compatible with google chrome.

Doubtful since it's a brand new computer.

It doesn't matter if its brand new or an existing computer since a computer can be infected at any given time. I think you can do a work around on it by copying the URL link and try to paste it on google chrome. If you could not open it on google chrome try to reformat your computer to fix your problem.
