As I mentioned in my thread on Predictor, I'm writing a new software review and this company has lots of new games they made themselves. So, I am very busy analyzing them.

The latest is an easy one -- 40 Ball Keno. It is the same as regular keno except with 40 balls, instead of 80, and a draw of 10 balls, instead of 20.

The question for the poll is would you play this game, assuming you like keno to begin with.

I picked maybe.
I play keno sometimes when bored in Vegas but prefer a game that requires thinking such as Video poker
Its just a forum. Nothing here to get obsessed about.

After a while (assuming you know the strategy) there's no thinking you react. play enough hands of VP and it actually becomes annoying that you have to make sure you play correctly and not make mistakes. Assuming you're on a long play by the 7th hr you really wish you were playing keno or slots unless you have some fun promotion or some interesting feature you're anticipating on the VP, unfortunately most of them have crappie pay tables.

Even super times pay can be a sleeper.

I agree 100%. I can't play video poker anymore unless I am betting enough to make each hand interesting. Single line $1 and below video poker is torture to me.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

I selected maybe just because I don't see that much of a difference between this and eighty numbers, except this probably plays a little faster. Ultimately, if this game qualified towards some kind of promotion wagering requirement, (and you couldn't play VP) then the Pick 3 (even though it pays less than Pick-10) might have low enough Variance to make it a good play if one is at an advantage. 97+% is a pretty nice return considering there is so little Variance.

I don't really gamble on-line, but I have read the T&C's of certain promotions, and it seems many of them are slots only...you can't even play Keno. I would definitely make sure you're within the T&C's of whatever promotion you may be doing before playing this game, but assuming Tables and VP are excluded, it seems like one may do well to play this game on Pick 3.

Am I the only one amused that the ball drawing graphic is plugged into the wall?

Good catch. Looks like one of those big European plugs.
