What would be the odds/HA of this craps game? (Theoretical game)

If craps were to be changed by:
Taking OUT the odds of the game entirely.
Place bets would still stay the same as would all the center bets
HOWEVER,
The Pass Line and Don't Pass would be as follows:
On the come out:
7/11 would pay ½:1 on the Pass Line
2/3/12 would pay 2:1 on the Don't Pass

After the point was Established:
4/10 would pay 2:1
5/9 would pay 3:2
6/8 would pay 6:5

Once the point had been established you could not add more to the Pass Line or Don't Pass

This would make the Pass/Don't Pass exactly a ZERO HA bet, correct?

Would you like this type of game better or worse than the current game of craps?

I didn't check the don't, but yes, that would give the pass line bet exactly a 0% H/A. Of course it's better for the player to play against a 0% H/A instead of a 1.41% H/A. You could allow odds here as well, they don't change a thing.
