Variations on Basic Strategy for dealer hitting on S17

Hi everyone, I'm new here, but really love all the great info on the site and in the forums. I've played at casinos here on the east coast for a few years now, but I've got my first trip to Vegas coming up in a couple weeks! I enjoy playing $10 min tables where I can raise or lower my bets as I see fit, but the only problem with this is that I see according to the BJ survey that most, if not all, of the $10 min tables on the Strip are H17.
I have the standard BS for a dealer standing on S17 memorized but I know there are some slight variations for tables that are H17, I just don't know what they are. Help please?

Compare these S17 and the H17 charts to find the small differences. Most of them are against 6 or A, but see that you should double soft 18 vs 2 in H17.
