online blackjack chart

Hi! We only have one legal online gambling place in the Philippines and it's only in licensed internet cafes and not available for home use. I don't know which blackjack chart should I use inbecause it doesn't specify there how many decks are they using and what software runs their program. Can u please check this site and advise me on what blackjack chart should I use. -.Thanks.

Doubling
You can only Double once in Blackjack.

Splitting
You can split the first two cards dealt if they are of equal point value. When you split, you must place an additional bet that is equal to the ante. You will now have two hands. You can continue to hit for each hand, unless the split was made for a pair of Aces, in which case you can only hit once for each hand.

To Win (meet one)
You get Blackjack.
Your hand is closer to 21 points than the dealer's hand and does not exceed 21 points.
The dealer's hand exceeds 21 points while your hand does not exceed 21 points.

How the Dealer Plays
Dealer Hits on any total of 16 or less
Dealer Stands any total of 17 or more
Dealer Hits on any hard total of 16 or less
Dealer Stands on any hard total of 17 or more
Dealer Hits on any soft total of 17 or less
Dealer Stands on any soft total of 18 or more

Thanks croupier and odiousgambit. This gambling site can't be downloaded for home use. They can be played only from licensed internet cafes. Before it's allowed but now I think they disabled it. In the actual game itself, the number of deck of cards are not stated and also if they're shuffling it in every deal. I asked their CSR but they don't know the answer. Should I assume that they're using unlimited number of decks and shuffling it in every deal? Thanks.

I would agree with assuming the infinite deck and every hand shuffle.

You can also assume that, if they use any type of shoe, even if it's only for one hand, that there are separate shoes for every player and the dealer.

I can not agree with that assumption.
