When to play Double Deck

I recently saw on the Internet, some advice on when to play a double deck blackjack game and I would like to receive some comments on this advice. Here is the advice they gave: Only play 3 to 2 games, must deal at least one deck minimum, and negative counts have a much worse effect on your bankroll.Thanks.
