I’ve been looking for a side bet which I know I’ve seen before but can’t find any documentation of. Does anyone else know what I’m talking about?
The bet is made before the cards are dealt and the player wins if the dealer busts. The payouts are decided on the last card the dealer drew. Ten might be 2 to 1. 8, 5 to 1. 6, 20 to 1 etc.
Ultimately I was curious about the odds of the dealer busting on a 6 (so a 22 only) on any given hand

I might have seen it on YouTube in a casino somewhere, but I haven't begun to look for such a game per your request.
Here's a quick Google search:
What is the payout for the bust it side bet?
Card Counting the Bust It Blackjack Side Bet
The payouts for winning BI bets are as follows: Dealer busts with suited 8, 8, 8 pays 200-to-1. Dealer busts with colored 8, 8, 8 pays 50-to-1. Dealer busts with a six pays 15-to-1.
The Wizard has a page on a different game: Buster Blackjack https://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/side-bets/buster-blackjack/
and a thread on the site from 2016: https://wizardofvegas.com/forum/gambling/blackjack/26205-buster-blackjack/#post540652
Here's another game with some mystery bonuses.

That’s the one! Seems it’s for Spanish 21 and for if the dealer busts with 3 cards only, AKA kinda useless. Maybe it will be a fun project to brute force some math on this

The Bust-It side bet was played with a shoe of eight Spanish decks at a game called "Double Attack Blackjack." Later, at the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, the side bet was added to one or two regular blackjack tables. I forget the pay table for this blackjack version.
