8 card bad beat odds

Hello everyone,
I'm located here in the heartland and saw a promotion running at a Oklahoma casino for a bad beat progressive. What I'm wondering is if anyone knows of a calculation or calculator to get the odds on this promo. It's a few hundred miles from where I live, and I'd like to know the chances of hitting something like this. It's advertised that the player must be delt a 20 and the dealer must BJ at 8 cards. The payout I'm assuming is a progressive since they didn't advertize a pot. I know there are several factors that play in a calculation like this (seats filled, shoe size, etc) so I'm at a loss on how one would calculate this without software. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
