Hello, I've been playing blackjack for a couple of years now, but for really low stakes. I've always played 6 deck shoes ($5 min) with a 1-12 bet spread. I've been saving up the bankroll and would like to play for higher stakes to supplement my income. I was wondering if I could get some assistance from anyone who is savvy with numbers.

2 Decks
75-80% Pen (sometimes may be better)
Dealer peaks for BJ
BJ pays 3:2
Pairs, including aces, can be split up to 3 times.
Cannot hit split aces
Double down on any 2 cards
No surrender
Table min $25 - Table max $5000

Using Hi-Lo I plan on using the following as a bed spread. No wonging, play all. Using Illustrious 18 indices.
$25 <or= 1
$50 - 2
$75 - 3
$100 - 4
$150 - 5 and up

Bringing $3000 should be enough for a session as it is 20 times the max bet. Overall bankroll would be $15,000 (100X the max bet). I figure it will be 100 hands an hour. I tried calculating my EV and came up with $25-30 an hour/100 hands. I used some sample numbers from Romes A-Z thread in the bankroll section. Could anyone verify the EV and offer some insight as to whether the bankroll is enough? Any help is appreciated.
