Pretty female dealers

I played Spanish 21 for a few hours last night and I couldn't help observing the dealers and how they differ in their "hustle". They all have a "hustle", trying to elicit tokes. One girl especially, I was so impressed with her polished act/personality that she had obviously worked to perfection. Although, she was so sweet it was a little sickening, but no one minded, and she was cute, and very friendly. But I watched how she treated the high-rolling loser at the table, big tipper, and other people too who also tipped to some degree. Her facial expressions, her body language, I mean, she really "felt" bad when a player's 20 got beat by her six-card 21. She was a master at reading people and working them.
As she went to the next table, I knew she had "pocketed" a TON of red chips. A TON! And in comparison, the mostly male dealers who replaced her made mediocre tokes, some picked up barely enough to live on, and of course there was still many differences in personality and "hustle technique" in play. But none of them came close to this pretty little pro, she was the queen, and that's a talent that can earn her a very good living in any casino.
So what's the problem? Women still want to go on marches? They've got it all. They are MORE equal than men.

BTW, I'm willing to bet that the women at her table were not as generous in tipping as were the men.

I read on another website that there was a female casino employee who was extremely nice to her male customers and really bitchy and cold to her female customers. It was said in theory she most likely was bitchy and cold to her female customers because she assumed her female customers would not tip her as well as her male customers. Well, being bitchy to her female customers really does her no tipping favors. She really should have been being extremely nice to everyone.

It might not have been her real personality, just being falsely nice to men for the tokes.
Trust me, dealers who are conscious of money and tips make adjustments, they'll patronize for tips.

Ladies have been better looking than guys for about all of human history and they have been using it to their advantage for almost that long. Yet that is completely meaningless when it comes to examples of someone being treated wrong because of their sex
