Barona Casino

I made a previous post about my planning trip to Vegas, but I think I will cancel the vegas trip at this point because it seems Vegas is very defensive on the large action. So I am targeting on Barona Casino in San Diego. I did some research and found out that Barona is one of the best casino in California and doesn't mind large bet as long as don't push them to the limit.

Has anyone played DD game over there? How's the penetration and how large the bet you guys put out there? If the pit would jump on you if the betting spread is 1-10. I am planning to go there on weekdays. Are there lots of people during the weekday on DD game?

Haven't played there in probably 2 years. But DD was always very busy. It seems they only keep enough tables open so they're all mostly full, all hours of the day and week. I think the pen is like 1.2/2 or so IIRC. If you play a good game, pit won't sweat your action. Surveillance will. And you will be backed off. Max Rubin is in charge of game protection or surveillance or something like that.

It depends on what your unit size or your EV is. If you're a green chipper, you probably can play there for months. If you're spreading 1-10 black chips, you won't last long there. They have the best surveillance team in California. Their 86 is pretty polite though.
