Hello everyone, newbie here so sorry if that Q has been answered before.
I live in Greece and in the casino that I usually go, after every hand the discard pile is reentered to the box, automatically shuffled and then the dealer deals.
From what I understand the card counting system is useless to a situation like that.
So, in that case, what strategy should I follow and how can I manage my bets?

That is a continuous shuffling machine, and you'll see it often referred to as CSM. You are correct that no ordinary card counting system work against CSM. So if your goal is to lose as little as possible, play perfect basic strategy, and play at a full table betting table minimum every hand.
If you are looking for more advanced methods of beating the game, you can buy the brand of CSM the casino is using from manufacturer, disassemble it and exploit any card clumping the CSM may have during its shuffling procedure.

Is this a 6 or 8 deck shoe? Is it placed into a shuffler or is it an CSM (continuous shuffler)?
Expect the worst and you will never be disappointed.

To give you a full view its
4 Decks
Soft 17 Dealer stands
Double after split allowed
Surrender not allowed
Dealer no peek
I found in the site of wizardofodds a strategy that fits those criteria. Shoudl I only play that strategy?
If I play that strategy without cardcounting does it worth the time? Or stated better, what are my chances of winning?
Thank you again in advance

I get a souffle after every hand? For free? That sounds +EV to me. I'll just bet the min and enjoy my souffle.
Casinos are not your friends, they want your money. But so does Disneyland.
And there is no chance in hell that you will go to Disneyland and come back with more money than you went with.

You should bet $0 when you don't have an advantage and proportional to your advantage based on your bankroll when you do have the edge. I predict you will never lose money with my system.

That's the only game they offer? All CSM's? I hope you're playing for fun and not with any notions of ever turning a profit. I like the winning system mentioned where you walk right back out of that joint without playing a single hand. It might be time to find a new casino on the next Greek Island down the road.

I disagree. Card counting isn't the only way to skin a blackjack game. And the way I'm thinking, a CSM is a lot better than a shoe game.
DUHHIIIIIIIII HEARD THAT!
