I used to have these but I don't know where I put them.

I google searched "blackjack H17 surrender indexes" and the 3rd link down was a blackjackinfo forums post with the indexes for 8D H17 and 8D S17 (which is the same as 6D).

Thanks - found those ones already was hoping for a more complete list and a second source to verify.
