In Wizard's Promotional Chips section, he states the value of a match play on Blackjack as 46.2% of face value. This figure assumes that the match play portion of the bet pays 3:2 on a blackjack. If the match play pays even money on a blackjack, what does the value become? (Obviously it goes down, but how much?)

If anyone is feeling ambitious, how about the value of match plays on Pai Gow Poker (assume match play portion is never charged commission) and Spanish 21 (assume blackjacks and bonuses pay even money on the match play, and a surrender gets you your match play and half your cash back)?

Thanks! I appreciate any help.

While I don't have a mathematical answer for you right away, I do agree the value obviously goes down. My question to add to this would be: How much face value does match play have if you play it at TC >= +3? The face value would undoubtedly be higher if you're playing it in a more advantageous situation, but I would wonder how much...
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

It may be I'm misunderstanding you, but my experience with PGP Match Play has been, when you win, you do pay commission on the full amount of your winnings. Say you have a $25 MP coupon and you bet $25. If you win, they will charge you $2.50, not $1.25.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

Luckily the casino where I work does not.
