Whatever they wanted to do would be subject to their own laws and whatever someone else did would be subject to the laws of their citizenship. It's how it works. They could kill you or neuter you and according to experts, never see a day in US court. This is how it works at most NA casinos.

As a longtime member of Club Backoff I'm always interested in these occurrences and try to learn from them. I'd love to hear about this one from beginning to end and perhaps offer some feedback.

Do you play rated? Are you known to this casino? Have you previously experienced heat or other problems there? What about your lifetime win rate? What were the table's minimum and maximum bets? How much did you jump your bets? Although a comment was made about CSMs may we assume that you were not playing one?

How long had you been playing? How much were you up? How was your behavior up until then? Did you consume adult beverages? Was this out of the blue or did you see it coming? Did it come from the pit or was it a tap from behind? Was security involved? Did you leave immediately or linger and argue? Do you think you could return and play blackjack or do you feel that this is permanent? Have your comps or points been rescinded?

Aren't you glad I didn't play 20 questions? :-) Answer as many or few as you like. As I said some of us find this topic very interesting.

Yes, these details should help us understand but I think its largely the whim of uneducated Floor People and otherwise there is little rhyme or reason to it.

I know that they have barred people from blackjack at Seneca Niagara. They are allowed to play any other game but not BJ. Also their wagers were hundreds of dollars. Also, the NY gaming commission has a presence to insure the gambling laws are being followed. You have to be a fairly big player and a great deal of research is done before a player is told to back off.
