Dealing a game last night, what are the odds of this:
4 deck shoe
Player gets 7 cards without getting 21 or busting
Dealer gets 5 cards without getting 21 or busting
Not interested in penetration affecting odds, just raw odds.

I have no idea, but I once in my limited experience playing BJ, had the dealer take 8 cards to bust with the seventh taking him to 16. There were a whole bunch of As and 2s. The dealer did think it was quite unusual and even pointed out it had never happened before to the pit boss.
