Best blackjack bonuses

I've seen some side bets on some blackjack tables. Are they worth betting?

There are many side bets on BJ tables they all carry a high house edge they are not worth betting. The exception is for AP's some of these side bets can be counted.

I was thinking the two 10's might be worth it. But then I'd also lose my cover as a counter. Well, maybe not.
