WE JUST WON $20,000 FROM $500 AT THE CASINO?! (Day 8) - TheOnTiltBoys
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfoPGb2fP70
This 40 roll monster roll included winning all 3 ATS bets with $40 on each for an $8520 payback. Starting stack was claimed to be $500 but it could have been higher. This was played next to a TV that was playing the final moments of the Spurs Knicks Game 3 Finals. The start of the video starts with some slot play to warm up. He starts shooting craps around the 10 minute mark. There's a lot of careless yelling in this video, so watch your ears and speakers. He did have a couple 4 figure bets from his wallet on the basketball game, but I don't know anything about what he won from those.
I could not fathom the betting strategy being used, it just seemed chaotic. The table limits were $100 to $5,000 at The Venetian. He did not get anywhere near those betting limits. He was betting $50 on the PL with some odds, maybe max odds. He filled up nearly 2 racks with black chips and had some leftover space for purple chips that added up to just shy of $20K after the 1 turn 7-out. His max bets barely paid out $500 when he had them.
I decided to spend some time of my own filling up a spreadsheet to figure out how I'd bet with the dice he rolled. His throwing style is nothing like mine. But I had my own betting strategy to bring to the pixels. I'd start with $100 on the 4, 5, 9, 10 and $120 on the 6, 8. I'd have $50 on each of the hard ways, and run a bit of a progression on them. I'd have $100 on the PL with 3X, 4X, 5X odds. I also had $40 on the 3 ATS bets like he did. I'd have $1500 to start What this particular shooter did was hit the 4 & 10 for 8 hits each, so I was at table max from doubling my 4 & 10 bets on each hit. I hit just short of $27K on each of those two numbers (vig on a win). I bet $40 on each the ATS bets, and didn't rebet them when he won them all. There were 3 PL with odds wins and 1 loss for a $1500 payout. I only got 3 wins, 1 loss on the 6 & 8 for $320 each. I hit 3 wins and 1 loss on the 9 for $410. I hit 5 wins and 1 loss on the 5 for $860. The Hard 4 was 5 wins, 2 losses for $3400. The Hard 6 was 2 wins, 2 losses for $1450. The Hard 8 was 4 losses for a $200 loss. The Hard 10 was 3 Wins, 6 losses for $450.
Total wins were $84,180; total losses were $13,580. The net win was $70,600. I hit table max of $5K on the 4 & 10 after 6 hits each. Losing near $1400 on each shooter afterward with a bunch of point 7-outs would be a near 50 shooter buffer at $70K.

their slot videos with the pro poker players are... way more interesting in the sense that they are betting 5k a spin and winning 1m dollar jackpots

I tried refiguring how to spread my bets when the 4 or 10 win.
My first win on an $800 bet (that pays $1560) on either the 4 or 10, I use $760 for the inside numbers instead of doubling up the winning number to $1600. I'll add $200 to the 5 & 9, and $180 to the 6 & 8 each. So this happened twice as the 10 hit first, and the 4 hit second. The second time the 4 or 10 hit the $1560 win, I start doubling again.
My first win on the $3200 bet (that pays $6240) on either the 4 or 10, I use $3,040 for the inside numbers instead of going to max bet of $5K. I'll add $800 to the 5 & 9, and $720 to the 6 & 8 each. So this happened twice as the 10 hit first , and then the 4 hit second. The second time the 4 or 10 hit the $6240 win, I'll take it to the $5K max bet on that number.
For the 4 & 10 I ended up with $20,085 total wins minus the $5K loss on the 7-out, for $15K wins on each.
The 5 had total wins of $4480 and a $3K loss for a $1480 win. I'm also doing a progression in the background when the inside numbers hit.
The 6 had $3360 in wins and $3K in losses for a $360 win.
The 8 had $4760 in wins and $3K in losses for a $1760 win.
The 9 really only had 2 hits instead of 3; but I turned it into a $3990 win and a $2350 loss for a $1640 total win.
I had $74.5K of wins, and $24.5K of losses for a $50K profit.
I was just spreading out my 4, 10 wins to the inside numbers so they would pay more if they hit instead of doubling up on the 4th and 7th hit. I still need the inside numbers to hit for that to pay off, just like I would need another 4 or 10.
Edit: I had to redo the figures from a previous version of this post because I counted an extra bump on inside bets when I shouldn't have. The $50K profit remains.
The inside numbers got 4 bumps in total. $200/$180; $200/$180; $800/$720; $800/$720 = $2K/$1.8K
There were other presses going on, on the order of 50%, or 100% per 2 hits.
This new way of betting makes my inside number winnings somewhat comparable to the higher HA hardway winnings I was trying out.

This morning I'm working on a $192 across with $30 PL & $60 odds in hopes of doubling up the 4 & 10 to 4 and 7 hits on my WinCraps game. But I'm getting slammed with "opposite day dice." There's just a scourge of low roll number shooters and getting to even 4 hits on the 4 or 10 is just a bit too rare to make up for the onslaught of losses I'm going through. I'm recalibrating how I progress the 4 & 10 now so it's more like a $20 bump in bets for the first two hits then take it higher, instead of straight-up doubling so I don't fall too far below the mark for how I would fare with flat betting after 2 hits. I'd add $60 to the inside numbers on the 4th hit with a $250 win, and $200/$180 to the inside numbers on the 7th hit on an $800 win. I've got to pay the vig upfront at the local tables so I have to figure that in. I'll see if I can scale it down for Bubble Craps with $3 bets instead of $30 bets.
