He probably lives in a 5 bedroom house with 4 stuffed with losing lottery tickets. Actually not that bad or bad at all. One guy from the slot forums won something similar in NJ twice. The only irritating thing was his happy go lucky attitude he expected others to have that didn't win the lottery once or twice.
