Turned $1000 into $100,000*

...on the Wizard's craps game :)

(next roll was a 7-out, line away, last come gets some.)

Seriously though, what's the most anyone has ever ran up their bank to on this game? Has anyone beat $100K? It's not that hard to get into the mid-5 figure range just by going for broke on every roll. You bust out a lot, just refresh and start over with another grand. This is the first time I got it to $100K.

P.S. This is easily shop-able, or you could even hack the Javascript to make it look like you won a bunch, so don't be a jerk-off like that. I swear on my honor I attained the previous amount faithfully.

It's just so easy to refresh and get another 1000 in this game.

Chrome is convinced that www.djteddybear.com is a known malware distributor. You'd do well to find and remove the source of that error.

BTW. My $207k wasn't exclusively place bets. Once I maxed out place bets, I did put bets and maxed those out as well.

I wasn't trying to get exactly 100K, but at that moment, it just happened (although I have a bunch more money on the table). Figured it was a good time to take a screenshot.

I use Chrome and it identified DJTeddyBear as being a "known malware site". Anybody else experience this? It only happened one time.

I ran the WoO LiR game up to 100K+ using a complicated negative Progression system, just for fun.

Yes, it probably lost the $1,000 over 100 times before it prevailed!

I kinda think I did get Google to ok it after the last time. Sigh. I AM working on it although slowly. I ain't got enough hours in a day...

Got to about 230k maxing the dark side. Craps is so easy. Now to turn $1k into $230 in real life ;)

As the result of your comment, I was intrigued and so I played Wizard's craps game this week. I tried to capture a screen shot of my Bank Balance to include with this post, but have been unsuccessful with copying the craps layout. Still trying to get it copied, but evidently I am not doing something correctly.

I got the balance up to over $300,000, then stopped. Resumed again and was able to get it to $565,000 and stopped again and started to call it quits. A little later, I decided to try for some more and was able to increase it to nearly $900,000. Then I wondered if I could get it over $1 million and if the game score would show the full amount. It does. I am at $1,005,600. (I have not closed out the game yet.)

I did not cheat the game. I would not know how to anyway. I only busted a couple of times when my bank balance was less than $10K due to being too aggressive in relation to the available funds. So I decided to bet more conservatively in the early stages until I had enough funds to work with.

As with my play in real life, I was very disciplined. I did not bet any proposition bets. Only pass/come or don't/dc with odds and occasionally placed the 6 and 8. In real life, I do not go from the don't side to the pass side or back and forth. But with this game, I did.

I did not keep track of my time, but I would guess a total of 6-8 hours altogether. Maybe a little more.

As with reality, it was a little frustrating at times with successive Point-Seven Outs. There were other times when I was on the wrong side of the dice and the bank balance would drop steadily before turning around. Also, there were occasions when I seemed to only be treading water without substantial movement forward--just going up and down within a range. In this regard, it was again not too different from real life.

How have you made most of your money from +500k to +1M ? Have you been playing right side, or just making monster DP bets?

I can only place 1k bets at a time. Were you able to get around this or did you just keep the 1k bets and build?

I did nothing to "get around" the game parameters and bet limitations. Certainly, once I obtained a sufficient bankroll, I could bet $1k flat and max odds--on either the pass side or the don't side. But nothing in excess of $1k flat and nothing in excess of the 3-4-5x odds. No "monster" bets--other than what is allowed (for example, up to $6K lay odds when on the don't side).

Indeed, I was a little frustrated at times that I was limited to 3-4-5x odds, since I am accustomed to playing with at least 10x odds. Also, if the game allowed it, I would have worked on the come out (with my pass side bets). I tried to "put" bets--the game permitted this when I played once before going bust. But in the current game when I ran it to over $1 million, the game did not allow put bets.

As I indicated, in my play, I switched from pass side to don't side and back again. Sometimes on the same shooter, I may have a dc with odds on one or more numbers and also come bets with odds on other numbers. I did not always bet every number and I did not always load up on every shooter. I'd like to think there was a "method to my madness" but I doubt I can explain it easily. Probably luck--same as in real life. It apparently worked!
