I'm just sharing this because I see craps players using the pass line or don't pass line betting $100 cash on top of the match play coupon. Or hedging trying to win $50.00

You are a guaranteed winner of $40.00 plus the odds and if the twelve gets rolled you are guaranteed $100 profit.

Volume of posts alone isn't a problem. The repetitiveness of the posts is another thing. And the fact that he is peddling something that almost no one here is buying.

Many many places will not let you do this when using your match play. Maybe your local does but many dont.

Without using your strategy the coupon has a value of almost $50. If someone would want to give that up for a guaranteed $40, they wouldn't be playing casino games

I know the prevailing theory but i disagree
A guaranteed $40 is better than a possible $50
I often will say i am not a gambler. I dont want the excitement of winning when i could have lost. Im there to make a profit guaranteed
I wont ever be hungry because i could have had $50 bucks but variance was against me
Of course now my operation is so large i dont have to worry about that but intrinsically i still prefer to guarantee money like its a job and not gambling

Guaranteed $40 or a possible $200 win or a possible $100 loss

I dont know if its a good comparison.
The decisions made in VP to keep the game +EV (assuming you are playing a +100 machine) are intrinsic to keeping it +EV
While using matchplays are + ev the games its used on are -ev
In other words if you guaranteed your profit in your above example you would now be changing a +ev game into a -ev game where matchplay use is the polar opposite

Holding a dealt str8 over a 4 card Royal is an unfair comparison.
