A friend paid off his house mortgage in 2013 with this system. He is a bit out to lunch, but made money on his biorhythm tout sheet for dog races LOL

Anyway here is basic. 2000 had 16 horses but only 12 betting interest, lumping horses into a field bet. That changed in 2001. With the added betting interests, he decided to bet the trifecta. Nothing fancy, favorite on top with a live horse either 2nd or 3rd. So $72 with favorite, all, live favorite ,live , all in 20 horse field. AH, how to select the live horse. 1 mile and 1/4 race, why not post 1 thru 4, single digit odds OK ?

2004 Smarty Jones wins live horse second 9.9o third $64 to bet only paid $987.60
2005 no live horse
2006 live horse 9.70 $72 Friend says horse went under 10-1 last flash, but still counting, could eliminate this loss and another by
making live horse 8 to 1 or less, but staying with single digit as a live horse
2007 Street sense favorite live horse 5.00 $72 pays $440.
2008 no live horse
2009 no live horse
2010 2 live horses
2011 no live horse
2012 live horse 9.60 Loss $72
2013 Orb won as favorite live horse third second horse 30 to 1, $72 Trin paid a mere $6,925.80
2014 California Chrome wins as favorite 37 to 1 runs second live horse 3rd Tri pays $3,424.60
2015 American Prahoh wins as favorite Live horse breaks down and never races again SIGH.

Still all in all , not a bad play Favorite to win, live horse in post position 1 thru 4 to run second or third.

closest thing to a live horse is Creator PP #3. 10 to 1 morning line. May go lower as he won Arkansaw Derby despite being 10 back at 6f, won by 1 &1/4 after bulling his way thru horses in stretch, ran last 1/8 in 12 flat.

Every horse player has his/her own way to determine a live horse.
No need to call names.

Never promised anybody anything. But any horse in single digits in the Kentucky Derby is a LIVE horse.
As for scientific I leave that to all the speed figure nuts.

I'm still scratching my head reading this. I don't get what your friend does but if he win and make a fortune using that, well good for him. I'm not telling your friend is an idiot but he has some strategy and analyzing the record for him to make a decision.
