One of the Gr8 three musketeers had mentioned in a post to Novicegambler about this being a better way of betting in comparison to betting the Tie. this is not true and not relevant to his secret system because it does not relate to the 1/100 theory.
Thus, you can never win playing Dragon side bet. it is also known as the sucker bet and only has less than 40% chance of winning with NO PROFIT.

It's the second time this has happened with a "new" member. Also, he nonchalantly answered a question written in Hindi. I assumed you were directing this funny symbols in reply to my post to which I Google translated it understanding it was a question and answered it in the same manor directing it to you Beethoven9.
Do not analyze me, as I do not deserve the seat of such gr8'ness as the three musketeers here. Apparently you can read Hindi, but you have a hard time reading English. I already stated in a previous post that novicegambler's quote was in my post originally and that I hope you dispute this fact because we can get a moderator here who can easily see what I initially posted.
