I read that the federal government is probing the Ilani casino (closest to Portland, located in La Center, Wa.) for anti-trust purposes.

Huh?

How could a tribal casino run afoul of anti-trust laws?

The tribe is cooperating and has turned over thousands of documents per the report.
"What, me worry?"

Might not be what you are thinking. Maybe they colluded with other local employers to keep clerical staff salaries down? Maybe they colluded with other restaurants to keep menu prices high.
