Passersby fairly certain something is up when over sixty police rush to the casino.
Bomb robot took over an hour to examine an empty backpack.
Police gave no information as to what was happening.
Restaurants, movie theaters, food court, stores all evacuated.
Man of about 55 was deemed to be behaving erratically and carrying a backpack but complied with all instructions and made no threats.
