Since Nov.1 2023 both the Casablanca and Virgin River Casinos have been sod to Oak Tree Management. Casinos are operated by Stations Casinos. ON 10/25/2024 All top tier players were cut back to starting comps. (ex) I went from $400 free play and $150 in food comps per month to $40 free play and $5 in food!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is this normal for Stations to operate like this?

Stations pay attention to what you play. If all you are playing is their best VP, don't expect much. That was my experience.

Well they reversed their decision late yesterday and restored all comps.
It is amazing what 10,000 pissed off local residents can do by taking a few days off from the casino.

Amen to that. I was no-mailed by Stations, I assume for playing only 8-5 Bonus Poker on multiplier days.
