Just saw a 20 year old interview with a very rich rock star who moved from the UK to Monte Carlo, Monaco. Where on the map is that and is it in France or Italy or in between? It's a James Bond theme, that Monte Carlo is. So I found a couple of tourists who visited the Monte Carlo Casino for a quick walk around in the touristy lobby main entrance. and outside the front doors. I'd find more videos but I'm just getting started on this thread and it's the first one I ran across.
Being filthy rich seems to be a requirement to live here, and they might have better tax treatment of gambling wins.
