Some of the people involved were also involved in a scheme in which players club cards were cloned and the PINs scanned in order that the cards could be used for free play and any winnings split amongst conspirators.

The conman from another contentious thread on here personally told me he was involved in that too and felt lucky he escaped the legal dragnet
Looking back on it do you now believe he was merely boastful? Do you really think he was somehow "lucky" or that not being at all clever he would have been enmeshed in that legal dragnet if he were in-fact involved with it in any way particularly since none of the participants would have the slightest hesitation to turn on him in order to get a better deal from the prosecutors.Quote: darkozThe conman from another contentious thread on here personally told me he was involved in that too and felt lucky he escaped the legal dragnet
I mean luck or just lying?
If he really has that kind of luck he would be at the roulette table.
This is not luck and it is not variance, its just lying.

I'm just reporting what he told me
It's not much in way of evidence one way or another

The second part of this is beyond disgusting. Cloning innocent gamblers' player's cards and using their pins for free play without their knowledge? And then splitting winnings? No, just no. On a very close side note, certain casinos look down on say Max giving his brother Tommy a copy of his player's card and letting him use his free play and then splitting the profits which they both agree to do, SMH. At least in the hypothetical brothers thing, they both willingly agree to do this. And it's not Tommy stealing Max's card/free play and then splitting it with say his girlfriend which is basically tantamount to what these crooked hosts were doing.

For me the real question is why is he keeping an open line of communication with this scumbag criminal.

I'm not condoning what they did but they weren't directly stealing players freeplay.
The host who was actually director of marketing would load discretionary freeplay on to players cards of players that were not at the casino, then his accomplice would play off the freeplay.
