We are an organized group in the Chicago area that loves and researches slot machines and likes to play high limit machines and hit jackpot and bonuses.
Group pulls are often fun and successful because the odds of winning are increased with a larger bank and calculated bets on high limit slot machines. All winnings are evenly split with members of each group pull.
The group will meet monthly and have limited spaces available, currently 7 spaces are available for the next two group pulls.
The amount suggested for the total bet will be $100-$200 a person, depending on number of people in that group pull event. Each group pull event should be around 1 hour of play time. Each event will feature 4-7 pre-selected games in the high limit room, all games are pre-selected according to previous successful live play results. All members will take turns betting on each slot machine and selecting bonuses.
Upcoming dates:
Possible date:
Sunday June 18, 2017 Potawatomi or Majestic Star
Sunday June 25, 2017 Majestic Star and/or Ameristar
Time will be 5:00 or 7:00 pm, each member agreeing on finalized time.

How many people usually attend?
What is the maximum number of spots available?
Do the people hosting the event also participate and contribute a full share to the bankroll?
Do people take turns using their own slot cards during the slot pull event?
Do the people hosting/running the event receive any extra perks for this from the casino or others or receive some kind of gratuity?
Mainly what denominations are played?
How do you guys handle the taxable jackpot situation?

After that issue in Florida, I am pretty sure that I would never get into something like this with an unknown.
The group just started, 2 people total so far, but will fill up quickly.
Maximum number of shots will stay around 10 due to space around each machine, etc.
Everyone will contribute a full share to the bankroll, including host.
We can take turns using slot cards during each event.
No extra perks to be given or received for host.
Denominations range from $15-$30 each bet.
This seems different from that.
As you can tell from my line of questioning I'm wondering if there is some angle or benefit for someone to organize and advertise something like this.
Switching cards is dumb, if you can fool the casino thinking one person is gambling thousands do it for the free play offers they can collect. Have to say, you get a bad crowd, have seen rude drunks show up on Brian Christopher's videos. Have seen them yelling profanities and hitting the machines.Quote: slotgroupmemberNo fees.

No alternative motive here, seriously.
Then I say Good luck and have fun to you and the group.Quote: slotgroupmemberNo fees.

Someone probably should get something from a host for bringing in people who play slots. I have no doubt they will also want to play before and after the group event.
I think ONM was saying there is a chance a group member could potentially hit something really big and then just leave with the money. I have no doubt a judgment would be issued and possibly criminal charges could be applied. INo one would want that headache, I'm sure the chances of anyone doing that is slim.
Ohio has a lot too, I'm innocent.Quote: AxelWolfIf you are ever playing where did it happen and you hear a strange or crazy story, just guess Florida every time.
Group pulls are fun as long as they are organized.
Quote: slotgroupmemberOur group pull is hosted and organized by respectable people who would never violate anyone.
That's no fun. Count me out.
Quote: slotgroupmemberI think I heard of that story some time ago, was an unfortunate situation. Our group pull is hosted and organized by respectable people who would never violate anyone.
And here's where this all falls apart. While it's all "respectable people", you're on a forum where you have 6 posts soliciting to strangers you don't know. How do you ensure respectability? You can't.
