Hey guys I'm looking for some advice I have spent 2 years gambling at this casino and have enjoyed the perks but in the last six months I have lost all my offers except a basic month book. I have a executive host I finished with 120000 tier points witch are made on hl blackjack or Craps last year and am at 25000 tier points this year I spend about 2000-2500 per week in the casino I asked for a comp and was told they could only give me 30 dollars for 2 people. I'm just wondering if anybody else is having problems or if you have any advice.

Sorry guys I'm typing this on the fly.

I could be wrong, but I think you're at one of two casinos in that area that were sold by Harrah's/Caesar (aka CET) this past year and they're transitioning into a different (from what you say, inferior) player's club program. I would guess that the ownership change is largely responsible for the decline in comp value.

Guys? Was Cin one of the sold properties?
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

Basically, Dan Gilbert's Rock Gaming is taking full control of that and Cleveland as CET is pulling out. I don't know exactly what percentage each had, but he's getting 100% I believe.

Yes Cincy and Cleveland were sold but also Caesars properties are giving less bang for the same buck over the last year.
