Caesar’s property lounges

I recently hit the seven stars tier, but I don’t think I’m going to get approval for it before this weekend and I am planning to go to AC for my birthday… can I bring three people with me into the Laurel lounge as a diamond elite and what will the charge be?

Will there be understanding at all that I am likely to be approved for seven stars but I haven’t been yet and maybe do something?
