Showboat to reopen but
I wonder why the owner would do this. I would expect them to operate a casino. I don't think they will last with that business plan

From my title work I would say that the oldest deed restriction will win out. Call an attorney and place a motion to quiet title.

For them it's not as simple I'm sure. I can see this going to court

It is never that simple but I have to figure those conflicting deed restrictions will have to be quieted in the name of something or other. Even if they put pressure on the grantors to release it.
