New Bill Proposes Lifting Showboat Deed Restriction

This is interesting a potential a game changer, for that property. Given the current deed restrictions it's hard to see anything meaningful happen to the Showboat. If they can legislate the deed restriction away, all of a sudden it's game on with that property.

Prediction: If the deed restriction is lifted, Glen Staub quickly buys the Boat from Stockton. Who just wants to be rid of it by now I'm sure. Now he owns Showboat and Revel. A smart developer could make something happen there. The question is, does Glen Staub qualify as a smart developer? Jury still out on that one.
