Our plans for an upcoming trip have changed and we may have time to add an overnight trip from Baltimore to Atlantic City.

I have not been to Atlantic City for a long, long time. Since there are people here that go more often, I'd like your thoughts on our two fairly inexpensive--we will have to pay for Saturday night and Sunday night would be comped. Total Rewards only gives an option of a two night booking and that kind of works out--we can stay later than checkout time and leave at our leisure. All three are comped the same way.

Caesars seems too expensive; it would be $364 for Saturday

Bally's @ $164 and Harrah's @ $224 seem more reasonable.

I think I'd like to stick with Bally's but I would like to hear from folks here before making that decision.

Thanks in advance for your help!!

With that much of a price difference I would stay at Bally's. While not as nice as Caesar's unless one is the proverbial room snob Bally's will do.
They are connected by an interior walkway. Since you haven't visited in a long time a stay on the boardwalk which Bally's is would be my recommendation.
$164 for a Saturday night is a very good rate for a casino. I wouldn't delay much longer as this low rate may change very soon.

I agree with stay at Ballys because of that rate. I'd grab it quick as that might be a mistake. For a weekend at one of the casinos that rate is very reasonable.

For that price Bally's. Yes the rooms at Caesars are nicer on balance. But Bally's is fine. The two casinos are connected anyway. I view them as essentially one big casino. If you want a nice view. Try for a tower room at Bally's. If you don't care about views, there is an area right behind the front desk called the garden tower. Or something like that. It's only about 4 or 5 floors and has no view of anything save a parking garage, and an internal courtyard. But the rooms are huge. Really nicely decorated and the newest remodeled rooms in Bally's. It's also very quiet back there. I like it cause I keep weird hours in the casino, and I never seem to be next to drunken college kids back there.
