Philadelphia developer Bart Blatstein's heralded entry into Atlantic City has hit an inconvenient snag: Caesars Atlantic City now claims he is a “rogue occupier” of the PierShops he wants to redevelop. In an odd series of court filings, Blatstein appears to have become ensnared in a fight with Kevin Ortzman, the president of Caesars Atlantic City, which still owns the actual pier and says Blatstein is trespassing until they say he’s not.

Could things in this town get any weirder? Between Revel (sold-not sold-sold-not sold), the Taj (closing-not closing) and now the Pier Shops. Is it any wonder no one wants to invest here?
I give this post an hour. Tee Hee!

I invented a few casino games. Info: http://www.DaveMillerGaming.com/ ————————————————————————————————————— Superstitions are silly, childish, irrational rituals, born out of fear of the unknown. But how much does it cost to knock on wood? 😁

Well the Donalds involvement (or not) in AC is largely a moot point. He hasn't been meaningfully involved there in years. Still it's an amusing diversion. I would like to see one thing go right for AC soon. Just one.

I've not been to Atlantic City since the 80s. Nevertheless it's not all bad news in Atlantic City as this lucky winner found out with a 3x$500 Royal in Diamonds on Let It Ride - http://www.thestate.com/2015/02/23/4006166/new-jersey-man-wins-152m-in-states.html

Blatstein and Steelman are the best hope to turn AC around.

Bass Pro Shop is opening April 15 at 6PM. Many people thought it wouldn't happen.

Ok I'll grant you that one. But it's a small one. :)
