Persona Simulator

I've implemented the first pass of a "Persona Simulator" and, for my brain it gives a much fuller picture than the standard "average RTP across (x) spins"




Here are the personas I developed, to simulate many sessions for different player mindsets

Player Personas

Conservative Gambler
Bet: Min • Cash-out: 1000 spins
Plays it safe and rides the full session out.

Balance Builder
Bet: Min • Cash-out: 1.5× balance
Steady, incremental growth — leaves early with a small gain.

Patient Player
Bet: Min • Cash-out: 3000 spins
Long-term grinder; trusts the math.

Long Haul
Bet: Min • Cash-out: 10 000 spins
Endurance mindset — plays for the full marathon.

Normal Bettor
Bet: $1 • Cash-out: 1.5× balance
Baseline, average bettor profile.

Bet: $1 • Cash-out: 100 spins
Short-burst play — tests immediate volatility.

Moderate Player
Bet: $1 • Cash-out: 5000 spins

It was eye opening for me to see how many and how often would book a winning session, how many would hit their goals. And also (although this will change with the texture of the wins over millions of plays) - what is the optimal play strategy for this particular slot's volatility and payout... rhythm.
