The first draw doesn't matter. Whatever you get the first time, you must match 9 more times.

The probability of this happening is (1/24)^9, assuming that all of the numbers in the hat are different.

Is this answer 1 in 264,180,754,022,399?

I did your formula and came out with this. Sorry I am not the best at computing odds would just like a 1:x answer for this.
