Calculate Slot returns with Human intervention

Hello,
I would like to ask how it is possible to calculate the Return % of a slot when some features depend upon player decision.
For example there are slots that allow you to choose Gamble feature each time you win. If Player chooses this feature he/she is presented with a screen where a lot of cards are moving and the Player has to choose either Red of Black. If he/she guesses the color of the card the win is doubled, if not all wins are canceled - this may continue forever (till player chooses to end or in case of lost).
Let's say I can calculate the probability of player guessing the color, but how to calculate the probability of the player TAKING the Gamble feature? Since one may opt not to use it at all, while the others may always use it.
