On the site it says the house edge of Macau Three Card poker Pair Plus is 3.49%

But when I calculate with the probabilities from the main Three Card Poker site, I got 6.75%. Was that a mistake?

Hand Probability Table 3 Macau
Straight flush 0.22% 40 40
Three of a kind 0.24% 25 25
Straight 3.26% 6 5
Flush 4.96% 4 4
Pair 16.94% 1 1
Nothing 74.39% -1 -1
3.49% 6.75%

Maybe you need more significant digits in the probability.

Looks as though there is a difference in the straight payout - 5/1 compared with 6/1. This gives the missing edge.

Thanks for your response, Wizard
I tried to calculate again with more significant digits but still ends up with the same result.
Pairplus payment Table3 and the house edge of 3.49% was quoted from your main site). I got the same result with my calculation.
The problem is, Macau Three Card Poker has a slight different payout table than Table3, ie. Straight pays 5to1 as oppose to 6to1 ( 3.26% increase in house edge), but your site says Macau Pairplus has 3.49% house edge.

You're right, I did make an error on my Macau site. Sorry if my first reply was rather terse but 95% of all error reports I get are false. The site has been corrected.
