In casino in Vienna (Austria) there is a sidebet in Blackjack that pays 5:2 if dealer busts. Number of cards dealer gets doesn't matter. What is a house edge on this bet?

The dealer will usually bust about 30% of the time from my own personal experiance (this is by no way scientific, its just from personal observations)- with that in mind your 5:2 pay while an odd number to see seems a fairly decent side-bet as side-bets go. But I cant answer your question so- yea, Im just flappin my lips here lol

The infinite-deck model gives a house edge of 1.44% for this side bet in a dealer-stands-on-soft-17 game (S17) and 0.10% for H17.
By changing the payouts to 2.5 in the Wizard of Odds's paytable at https://wizardofodds.com/blackjack/appendix8.html#busterbj, for the 6-deck H17 game, you will get a player's edge of 0.02%, so your game is probably S17.
I agree with Malaru that it's pretty good compared to most side bets.
