This one is not as hard as the hanging rope problem, I promise. All you need to know is in a right triangle a^2 + b^2 = c^2.

30 sqrt(2) + 10 sqrt(3)
Note that the fact that the circle of radius 10 is tangent to the left side of the rectangle is irrelevant
