2 hands in a row

4 hands in a row
5 hands in a row
6 hands in a row
Part 2: What is the difference in probability for each of each of those streaks occuring per 100 hands played?
Assume 6 decks
No surrender - if possible what is the difference with surrender?
Up to 4 splits
Aces one split and one card per ace
Dealer hits soft 17

Need more info..... Does a push count for anything?
If you split does the first hand played count before the second hand?
Do double downs count as two hands?
Does a blackjack win count as 1 1/2 wins?
And of course..... why would you possibly care about the answer, anyway?

you're asking for quite a bit of analysis for free
it sounds like you are planning a Martingale strategy
I suggest betting more when you are winning instead of betting more when you are losing. It's a lot more fun.
splits would be considered one hand -however would have to win both(all) bets to be considered a win
double down is one hand
black jack is one hand -not considering odds with money only the streak
And finally just a geek wth a spread sheet trying to set up a mote carlo analysis but need to quantify probabilitities before capturing random outcomes based on those probabilities. Thank you for the help.

not reallyQuote: odiousgambityou're asking for quite a bit of analysis for free
this has been done before
even eye have data for this
simulations need parameters
and the OP just gave some
some seem weird
yahoo!!Quote: odiousgambitit sounds like you are planning a Martingale strategy
what kind of winning?Quote: odiousgambitI suggest betting more when you are winning instead of betting more when you are losing. It's a lot more fun.
in a row
a streak?
a run of winning!
sounds funQuote: karlnw21ignore pushes as the bet would remain until lost
this is the weird oneQuote: karlnw21splits would be considered one hand -however would have to win both(all) bets to be considered a win
so say
you you
you
win the 1st but push the 2nd (split)
or
you push the 1st and win the 2nd
you want that to break a win streak?
that seems weird to me
even this too
you split to play 3 hands (8,8,8)
you win 2 and push the 3rd
that also breaks the current win streak??
that is ugly!
and if this is about winning hands
in a row
should you not
play
play
a different BJ-BS
to MAX your hand win probability?
I wood think soo
cuz
some hands have a better EV but a lower winning probability
and that right there will break a winning streak just for better ev
no good
<<< >>>
it seems you are after the best winning probability to hit the best win streaks
easily simulated too
you may have already done just that
